THIS POLICY DESCRIBES THE RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT WWW.NEPTUNE-FORCE.COM.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE ACCESSING AND USING OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES.

1. General Information

The use of the Website www.neptune force.com and its Products and Services are offered subject to your acceptance of this Return and Refund Policy.

This Return and Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Neptune Force. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions. The definitions set out in those Terms and Conditions, as defined in Section 34 shall apply to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Return Conditions

Our return conditions are as follows:

a) We will only receive the returned item within 30 days from the delivery date.

b) We only accept returns if the item received is incorrect, defective or damaged.

c) The returned item must be unused, with no damage or modifications in its original packaging.

d) We do not accept any returned item without their original tags and in good conditions.

e) We do not accept items that have been worn, modified or damaged in any way by the Customer.

f) This Policy applies to domestics and international Customers.

3. Return Procedure

To return an item you must contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the item and request a Return Authorization Form with a shipping label. Please email us at contact@azureneptune.com sending your name, email, and Order ID #. If the conditions set forth in this Policy are met, you will receive a refund for the item returned in the original form of payment, minus return shipping charges. To send us the item returned, please follow the next steps:

a) Check that the item meets the conditions to be returned described in Section above.

b) Package the item, with its original tags, securely in the original item packaging, whenever possible.

c) Complete the Return Authorization Form and attach it along with the shipping label to the return package.

d) Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it to us through your preferred postal carrier.

e) You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this Policy.

4. Return Processing Time

Once we have received your return, it will be processed by us within 5 business days.

5. Refund Requirements

We will give you a refund for the full price of any item properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this Policy. However the original delivery charges and return costs are excluded.

We will only refund the money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 3 business days following the day we  approve your refund request. The refund will be credited to your original Payment Method, however, refund time may vary  depending of your bank or issuing provider.
