1. General Information

The use of the Website www.neptune force.com and its Products and Services are offered subject to your acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.

This Cancellation Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Neptune Force. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions. The definitions set out in those Terms and Conditions, as defined in Section 34 shall apply to this C ncellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Our cancellation conditions are as follows:

a) We only accept order cancellations that have not been shipped.

b) If your order is unpaid, you may cancel your order at any time through our Website.

c) If your order has been paid, you may immediately contact us by email or phone through our Customer Service team to cancel your order.

3. How to Cancel an Order

a) Through our Website:

– Login to your Account at www.neptune-force.com.
– Select the order you want to cancel.
– Click on "Cancel Order".
– Describe the reason and confirm your cancellation request.

Once you're done we'll send you an acknowledgement of receipt. Please note that if
the cancellation link is disabled it means the item(s) has already been shipped and
you will not be able to make any cancellations at that time.

b) By Email:

Send an email to contact@azureneptune.com and request an order cancellation.Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you within 24 hours, and once they verify that your order has not been sent, they will assist you with the order cancellation process.

c) By Phone:

By calling at the following phone number: +44 02034687825 (10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Greenwich time) we will be happy to assist you.

4. When May We Cancel an Order

We may cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:

a) Payment rejection.

b) Customer has a delay of more than 1 hour to settle a payment.

c) Wrong delivery address or wrong contact details given by Customer.

d) The item is not received by the Customer or by the person indicated by the Customer at the address provided in the order, within a period of 15 working days, since the purchase of the item.

Please keep in mind that if we cancel any order according to this Policy, we will give a full refund to the Customer but we may deduct or charge any reasonable expenses incurred as a result of the order cancellation.

5. When Will you Get your Refund

Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to the
